Corporate Planning, Business Development

Depending on your experience and aspirations, you will be responsible for the following main tasks

・Planning and launching new business
・Search and networking of domestic and overseas out-licensing candidates
・Progress management and promotion of existing projects
・Searching, monitoring, researching and analyzing related technical and market information
・Assistance in fund-raising activities (preparation of presentations, etc.)
・Preparation of various grants and reports
・Other tasks associated with business development

Together with COO, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as corporate planning and domestic and international business development in cooperation with R&D and business administration departments.

Application Requirements

Post Graduate Degree or above
Able to communicate in Japanese.

Experience, abilities and skills required

We welcome candidates with the following experience
・Background in life sciences
・Experience in joint research and alliances in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
・Experience in new business development (planning and execution)
・Experience in overseas business development
・Person who would like to challenge a biotech startup

Working conditions and benefits

Annual salary system Annual income: 6 million yen – 10 million yen

Working hours 09:00 – 18:00 Break time 60 min.
Overtime: 20 hours per month
